Crossware Mail Signature is a server-based Lotus Notes/Domino solution that adds attractive signatures on all outgoing company e-mails and it does this easily and without effort. These signatures can include logos, graphics, advertisement banners and other sales-promoting messages.

The signatures can include personal information such as name, title, address, telephone number and e-mail address. All this information can be retrieved from the Domino addressbook or other Lotus Notes databases that include such information (for example from HR databases or from an Intranet).

	Crossware Mail Signature eliminates local storage of signatures and logos.
	Signatures are not saved in your Outbox - they are automatically included when an e-mail is sent and therefore saves space.
	Crossware Mail Signature interacts with Lotus Notes Mail, Domino Web Access/iNotes, Blackberry, POP3 and Domino Webmail. It also works with other Lotus Notes or Domino applications that you may be using when sending e-mails.
	Crossware Mail Signature does not require extra hardware - the product is simply an add-in to your Domino server.
