IBM in cooperation with HK/Danmark and Clipper Group has produced new case stories describing solutions developed by i-Seven. The two new case stories can be found on the IBM and i-Seven websites and have been prepared in Danish and English. These case stories describe the entire process - from idea to creation and finally implementation. The HK/Danmark case story has as its outset the tailored MKC solution that i-Seven developed for their call centre. This solution improves service levels and business process efficiency and thereby always provides customers with the best possible service when contacting HK. The Clipper Group case story is based upon a document management solution developed by i-Seven, this being built upon i-Seven's own i-DocStore product - a solution that helps Clipper control documents at an international level.
