OnTime is a group calendar for Notes/Domino and is targeted towards both small and large businesses.
OnTime is based upon the existing Lotus Notes standard calendar and thereby compliments Notes' own standard functionality.
Updates in OnTime occur when users make changes to their personal calendar. When a user enters new data in their calendar, the update is reflected in the group calendar which the user is a member of. All this occurs in a matter of seconds and ensures correct and up-to-date information for all users.
OnTime allows establishing as many group calendars as you may require in your organization. Individual group calendars can represent members of a working group in your organization or you can establish a course calendar which includes course dates.
The user has the possibility to access the group calendar via the standard Notes client or via a web browser.
OnTime offers centralized management of public holidays. You can manage an entire company's public holidays. Making such a change is reflected in each user's calendar.
