i-Sales is a sales-support application that helps you manage your customers, customer contacts and related correspondence, sales and follow-up activities.


The system provides sales, administrative and other staff members with a tool to register and follow-up on customers, potential sales, projects and activities. i-Sales is a Lotus Notes product and thus integration to document management is optimal. You can write documents either in Notes or via MS Office, send and archive received e-mails, store scanned documents and much more.

i-Sales provides a complete overview over customers and current activities.

The system is integrated to Notes Mail and calendar. This implies that activities appear partly in i-Sales and partly in the responsible person's calendar/task list. E-mails can be sent directly from i-Sales and e-mails received in the Notes Mail database can be archived in i-Sales.

There is built-in integration to MS Office documents and templates, implying that you can continue to use MS Word, PowerPoint etc.

Furthermore, using the Lotus Notes platform you have the possibility of using some of the built-in Notes strengths such as:

i-Sales is available in English and Danish.

Possibilities
i-Sales should be seen as a basic module which can be used and customized by a company to meet their specific needs. i-Sales provides a good foundation and can be enhanced to include support for Web browser clients, incoming and outgoing fax, integration to a company's back-end systems and much more.

Limitations
The system requires a Notes client. There is no web access at present in the system
