New release of i-Support

i-Seven is ready with a new release of i-Support.

The new version 3.1.0 includes changes such as a "Quick menu", which allows you to quickly create incidents.

It is also possible to change the priority and/or deadline of multiple incidents at the same time, and there is also a new archiving function that allows you to move closed incidents to another database.
